This site is designed to be a place for and about Florida artists. It is here as a tool to allow us to list upcoming events and to post other various notices and advertisements. All listings are subject to our prior approval.
It is also meant to be a place where local writers can share some of their creativity. Writers are encouraged to submit their work and we will select a small number to feature on this blog in the Writers’ Corner section of this site on a regular basis. All genres are welcome.
We’ll also be working on various reviews of performing art activities throughout the state – whenever we have the time and money – and be writing reviews on these events. No doubt most of our content will focus on South Florida (which is where we’re based), but we’d love to hear from people in every region.
And because we love food and consider it to be its own form of art, we will also be writing about various eateries that we enjoy.
Who are we? Currently, we’re a team of two (a writer and a theater professional). We have strong opinions and an impressive combined knowledge of theater, music and literature. We’re always on the lookout for others around Florida who want to join us. If you have an open mind and good sense of humor, welcome aboard.
